There are many natural foods that can kill parasites without having to use harmful drugs that can cause severe side effects. These are natural foods that help to create an environment wherein the parasites become uncomfortable, and thus are forced to die or leave the body. When cooking, or making a stir-fry, coconut oil is one of the best oils to use, as it can withstand high temperatures. It is also a great oil to add into hot or cold smoothies for extra flavor and a rich texture.
Warm teas and plenty of water is also helpful in washing out the parasites from the digestive system and other parts of the body. Not enough fluids can result in constipation, which is an environment that the parasites love.
